The investment philosophy of Grand Central Financial Planning is passive, low-cost, low-tax, and low turnover. The recommendations are predominantly diversified index funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that follow market indices. Existing securities (stocks, bonds, funds, etc.) that a client has are always considered in the context of a larger investment plan. Tax costs are a major consideration when restructuring a portfolio and we are particularly tax-sensitive.
Believe it or not, if you adhere to the philosophy above then investing is fairly simple. Nevertheless, most potential clients have low hanging fruit – opportunities to build more wealth with little or no additional risk – through financial planning.
No one cares more about your money than you. You can do it with a little effort and a little help – that’s where we come in. We provide clients with the guidance to more simply manage on their own without continually having to pay high fees.
The less you pay, the more you keep.
